Since the products listed are also sold in physical stores at the same time, there may be cases where the product is out of stock at the time of your order. We strive to update the product information in real time, but please forgive us if the product is out of stock.
How to Order
If you are a registered member, you can login for a seamless checkout process. If you are not a member and do not wish to become one, you can also make purchases via the website as a guest. You will need to enter your information when making your purchase.
Order Processing Time
We usually ship within 1-3 business days after receiving full payment. You can check the progress of your order in the Members’ Center.
Shipping Costs
All of our domestic orders are shipped free of charge with Sagawa Express.
International orders are shipped with DHL. All Orders will be charged a flat rate of 5,000 yen.
If you would like to request insurance for your delivery, please contact our team, who can set it up for you at an additional cost.

Customs, Taxes and Duties

Returns and Refunds
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or repairs due to the fact that the products we handle are second-hand goods. Please make sure to check all the information listed on the product page before purchasing. If you have any concerns about the contents listed, please be sure to contact us before purchasing. *Please open the packaging box as soon as possible after the product arrives and check the product.

Cases eligible for return or exchange
- We will only accept returns if there is an initial defect, such as major damage or breakage that is not mentioned in the product description, and you contact us by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the product.
- I received a different product than the one in the confirmation email I received when I ordered. *We will only cover the return shipping fee if the product is defective upon purchase.
Cases where returns and exchanges are not possible
- Return or exchange of products (color/size) due to customer convenience.
- If the product is scratched or broken due to customer negligence or if the product has been used even once.
- If the customer performs maintenance on the product themselves (cleaning, washing, etc.) and the condition of the product changes from the time of shipment.
- Products that have become contaminated or damaged during delivery.
- Sale, lucky bag items.
- Hygienic products such as underwear and swimwear.
- If the bag, tag, accessories, etc. that came with the product are missing.
- For products ordered outside of this website.
- If it is resold to a third party.
