About returns and refunds
Please note that due to the nature of our products being used items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, 
or repairs at the customer's convenience. Please check all information listed on the product page before purchasing.
If you have any concerns about the contents listed, please be sure to contact us before purchasing,
and please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on the items listed after purchase.

*Although we pay close attention to the quality of our products, because they are second-hand items,
there may be slight signs of use, small wrinkles, fraying, etc. Please understand this point when purchasing a product.
*Actual colors and hues may look different on your computer or mobile device depending on your monitor environment.
The color of the image will not be treated as a defect on our part.
*After receiving the product, please open the packaging as soon as possible and check the product.
*When returning an item, please return all items shipped. This includes accessories, guarantee cards,
novelty items and catalogs included in the package due to campaigns, etc.

Cases eligible for return/exchange
1.We will only accept returns if there is an initial defect such as major damage or breakage that is not
 mentioned in the product description, and we contact you by phone or email within 3 days of receiving the product.
2.I received a different product than the confirmation email I received when I ordered.
*We will pay the return shipping fee only in the case of initial defects.

Cases not eligible for return/exchange
1.Returns and exchanges of products (color/size) due to customer's convenience.
2.If scratches or damage occur due to the customer's responsibility, or if the product has been used even once.
3.If the customer has performed maintenance (cleaning, washing, etc.) on their own and the condition of
 the product has changed from when it was shipped.
4.Products that are contaminated or damaged during delivery.
5.Sale, lucky bag products.
6.Hygiene products such as underwear and swimwear.
7.If there are no bags, tags, accessories, etc. included with the product.
8.For products ordered outside of this website.
9.If it is resold to a third party.
